About Me

Rawles' Reads
I am a lifelong reader and discusser of books. I read lots of historical fiction but I love to dive into fantasy with a little sci-fi and a ton of literary fiction thrown in, just don't ask me what literary fiction means. And don't get me started on the definition of YA. I love excellent prose more than character development, and totally judge people by their bookshelves or lack thereof. Diana Gabaldon, Dean Koontz, Jan Karon and David Baldacci (who shares with John Hart and Robert Galbraith) each have their own shelf in my library, and George RR Martin shares with Cassandra Clare. I am always happy to talk books!!!
